Private Cecil James Kelaher (seriously wounded) is 19 years of age, and son of Mr. and Mrs. F. Kelaher, 9 Queen-street, Paddington. A native of Bathurst, he was educated at St. Patrick's College, Goulburn, and at the time of his enlistment was in the employ of the Eastern Extension Telegraph Company.
