Ada was the daughter of James Jabez Harvey and Mary Elizabeth Harvey nee Anderson.
Ada enlisted as a Staff Nurse with the Australian Army Nursing Service on 24.5.1917 and embarked Melbourne per “Mooltan” on 12.6.1917. Resigned appointment due to marriage on 6.2.1918.
Ada married Ernest Denny Logie DANSON (Bishop of Laubuan and Sarawak) living in Kuching, Sarawak. He was later Bishop of Edinburgh and later Primus of Scotland. He died in Scotland in 1946 and at some after that Ada returned to Australia.
Ada passed away on 2.9.1965 in Parramatta.
