On the grave site it is stated that Henry was awarded the Military Medal, 1914-1915 Star and Victory Medal this incorrect as Henry never went any further than Colombo and never enlisted until 1916.

Son of Sydney Olsen and Ada Denny formerly Olsen nee Smith of Toronto, NSW.

Commenced return to Australia from Colombo on 22 May 1916 aboard  SS Saldanha disembarking at Fremantle on 16 June 1916.  Re-embarked HT Kanowna for Sydney

During 1939c Henry married Beryl Anzac Casey in west Wallsend, NSW
