Norman Maximilian Schinck was one of nine children of Gustave Schinck and Eliza Ann Schinck (nee Eastlake) who last resided at 41 Raglan Street Port Melbourne Victoria.
Norman was born in 1895 at the family home at the time of 10 Catherine Street South Melbourne. He was the youngest of three sons and was the only one to enlist for WW1 service. Norman died of a heart attack at the age of only 50 on 21 May 1945.
