29 November 1919 - Base records wrote a letter to his father that he was buried in a isolated grave on Harris Ridge not far from Chathams Ridge. The letter also stated that the bodies of soldiers buried in isolated graves were to be exhumed and re-interred in the nearset Military Cemetery in the prescence of a Chaplain
