Son of H.S. and the late Maria THOMAS, Goulburn, New South Wales.
On active service continuously for 1 year and 10 months, gassed April 1 1918 and invalided to Exeter Hosptial, England, later to Hurdcott and Sutton Veney, where he was recommended for six months' treatment, under a specialist on account of dumbness from the effects of gas.
