Percival Robert Lancelot ROWLEY was born on 11th November, 1885 in Myponga, South Australia
His parents were George ROWLEY and Jane Ann SIMS
He enlisted in Adelaide on 19th May, 1916 & embarked with the 32nd Infantry Battalion, 9th Reinforcements (D Company) on the ship HMAT Commonwealth on the 21st September, 1916
Percival was Killed iN Action by a shell in Belgium on 22nd March, 1918 - he is buried in Kandahar Farm Cemetery in Belgium and his name is memorialised on the Australian War Memorial
He was awarded the British War Medal & the Victory Medal
