Son of James O'Keefe and Georgina Anne O'Keefe nee McNamara of Tumut, NSW. Later of 'Harrisville', Park Road, South Brisbane, QLD.

Commenced return to Australia 20 December 1918 aboard HT Orontes disembarking on 1 February 1919 at Sydney for onward travel to Brisbane.
