Brother of Arthur Alfred Hook who returned to Australia on 22 September 1919 at Melbourne for onward travel to Sydney having served with the 2nd Mobile Veterinary Section

Commenced return to Australia on 20 December 1917 aboard HT Runic disembarking on 14 February 1918
