Private William Frederck Hine
William enlisted on 17/8/1914 at Melbourne, he was a boilermaker, 34 years old and married. He embarked HMAT "Horotata" 19/10/1914 For Egypt. It would appear he didn't face battle as he developed bronchitis and Astma and spent some time in the field ambulance. He was later returned to Australia from Sex via "Kyarra" and discharged medically Unfit due to Astma on 20/5/1915. He died 8/9/17 leaving his wife Anne with a young son to bring up. His sons name was Albert John Hine
