Son of Margaret O'Connor of Olinda Street, Bendigo, Victoria.

At the time of enlistment Percy was employed at Defence Headquarters, Victoria Barracks, Melbourne as a clerk 

Commenced return to Australia on 18 July 1919 aboard HT Takeda disembarking on 7 September 1919 at Melbourne
