Son of James and Elizabeth Kennett of Croydon Street, Cronulla, NSW formerly of Launceston, Tasmania
Brother of Aubrey Kennett-Golding, ex-R.A.N, wrote saying that his mother told him after the war that the name they had enlisted underi.e. Kennett should be Kennett-Golding but he was never told why the Golding was an addition to the name of Kennett
Private Archie Kennett, for merly of His Majesty's Grenadier Guards, has been reported killed in action. The deceased soldier was 20 years of age and unmarried, and at the time of his enlistment was a motor driver in the employment of Mr. C. Palmer of Randwick. His relatives reside at Cronulla.
