DEAN, JOHN.
Pte John Dean (Artillery Details), born 13th October 1889 Launceston the son of Enoch and Mary Dean (nee Jackson) married to Eliza Jane Bishop a 28 year old slaughterman he served with the 1st - 3rd Reinforcements and returned to Australia 22nd July 1919. He died 3rd November 1961 Launceston and was buried at Carr Villa.
