Son of Patrick O'Toole and Mary O'Toole nee Tracey of Kooweerup, Gippsland, Victoria.
Commenced return to Australia on 1 July 1919 aboard HT Karmala disembarking on 17 August 1919 at Melbourne for onward travel to Sydney
