Address at the time of enlistment was given as Boundary Hotel, Junee, NSW. Full name is Patrick Francis O"Toole but served at Patrick O'Toole.

Son of Patrick O'Toole and Mary O'Toole nee Tracey of Kooweerup, Gippsland, Victoria.

Commenced return to Australia on 1 July 1919 aboard HT Karmala disembarking on 17 August 1919 at Melbourne for onward travel to Sydney
