Short History
Claude was born at Longueville, New South Wales in 1888, the son of Francis peter Roberts and his wife, Mary Eliza, nee Lowen.
He enlisted in the AN&MEF on 11th August 1914, stating that he was single. He was allocated to D Company and returned from Rabaul and was discharged on 4th March 1915, having completed 206 days service.
On 16 February 1922 he married Lillian Harriet Mitchell and died at Berowra on 31 May 1963.
