30 Oct 1919: Honoured Distinguished Conduct Medal, Distinguished Conduct Medal 'For conspicuous gallantry and devotion to duty. He was for a long period employed on Brigade Scouts, and since rejoining his unit he has at many times shown much skill in scouting, despatch riding, and gallantry in action.
