Address at the time of enlisting was given as C/- Mrs Stewart of Logan House, Toorak Road, South Yarra, Victoria. His Ida was named as next of kin at that address.

Son of Fanny Vickman of Paynesville, Gippsland Lakes, Victoria.

Troopship SS Carpenteria was recalled and he was transhipped aboard SS Riverina disembarking on 28 November 1918 at Sydney for onward travel to Melbourne
