Son of James Harry Ogborne and Ellen Mary Ogborne nee Linthorne of Perth, WA.
Husband of Annie Daphne Ogborne nee Hamling of Emerild Terrace, Perth, WA. Roy and Annie married in Perth, WA during 1915c. Annie died during 1920c
Commenced return to Australia on 16 March 1919 aboard HT Czyarila then transhipped to HT Dunluce Castle as nursing staff disembarking on 6 May 1919.
