Correct name was Hector O'Hara-Wood but served as Pat O'Hara-Wood.

Son of John James O'Hara Wood and Catherine Compton O'Hara Wood nee Holyroyd of Crest Hill, Lansdown Road, East St Kilda, Victoria. Brother of Arthur Holyroyd O'Hara Wood who died in France on 6 October 1919 and is buried in the Bonfray Farm Military Cemetery, Plot 11, Row G, Grave 19
