Son of Aaron and Elizabeth C WYATT, Essex Road, Surrey Hills, Vic.

William Victor Baily (Willie) Wyatt, from Essex Road Surrey Hills, was a 22 year-old carpenter when he enlisted on 31 July 1915 and was assigned to the 5th Field Company Engineers as a sapper. He was killed in action on 3 May 1917. He has no known grave, but is commemorated at the Australian National Memorial at Villers-Bretonneux in France and on The Shrine in the Surrey Gardens.
