Melville Robert (Bob) Cuthbertson was awarded the DCM at Pozieres.
After the war he went on and became Chairman of Beaurepaire Tyres - which he established with his two Brothers in Law (Sir Frank Beaurepaire and Oscar McKay - nephew of H V McKay, inventor of Sunshine Harvester and founder of Sunshine Harvester Works)
