Walter was born 4th August 1880 at Waterford Queensland. He died 29th September 1917 in Belgium and is remembered at Poperinghe New Military Cemetery, Flanders Belgium
His parents were Robert and Bridget Mary nee Scott.
Walter is listed at the Logan Village Museum WW1 Honour Roll
