12 April 1915 - Proceeded to join MEF
23 July 1915 - Awarded 14 days imprisonment for being asleep while on duty
1 June 1916 - Proceeded to join BEF from Alexandra
9 June 1916 - Disembarked at Marseilles
11 May 1917 - Taken on strength by4 Field Ambulance from K Supply
1 July 1917 - To hospital with Pneumonia & Pleurisy
7 July 1917 - Wounded in action, multiple wounds from enemy air raid
