Edith was a very active member of the Retrurned Sisters Sub Branch RSL, working on the committee and as treasurer.  She had to give up her position on the committee due to ill health.  A talented artist Edith had painting in the Lady Miuriel Wing of the War Veterans Home Mrtyle Bank.
