May be the H. Wade on the Ocean Beach (29) Troop Boy Scouts Honour Roll.
"...925 Pte Hector William Wade, of the 44th Battalion... an engine cleaner from East Perth, WA prior to enlistment embarked with the Machine Gun Section from Fremantle on HMAT Suevic on 6 June 1916... was wounded in action in France and evacuated to England. Following his recovery, he rejoined his unit and, on 30 March 1918, aged 21, he was killed in action.
