23 Jun 1916:	Embarked AIF WW1, Private, 2004, 56th Infantry Battalion, Embarked on HMAT 'A37' Barambah from Sydney on 23rd June 1916, disembarking Plymouth, England on 25th August 1916.
28 Sep 1916:	Transferred AIF WW1, Private, 35th Infantry Battalion
12 Dec 1916:	Transferred AIF WW1, Private, 9th Training Battalion, On the 13th August admitted to Fargo Military Hospital with Bronchitis, was discharged on 22nd November 1916 and re-admitted briefly on 11th December 1916. Marched out to 9th Training Battalion but admitted once again to hospital on 29th December 1916. Marched out again to 9th Training battalion on 16th January 1917.
