WE'LL MEET AGAIN IN THE MORNING IN THE DAWN OF A FAIRER DAY
Word has been received that Private W. D. Watson, whose mother resides at Nowendoc, has been killed in action in France. Prior to enlisting the young soldier was employed in Sydney.
On Monday last, 15th inst. Rev. G. H. Davies received a telegram from the military authorities that No. 2656, Private W. D. Watson, of the 17th Battalion, son of Mrs. E. Watson, of Nowendcc, had died of wounds 0n 4thMay, 1916, in France. Deceased was a native of Scotland. and sailed with the forces from
Australia in October, 1915.
