Son of John and Mary Lanigan, of Tungamah, Victoria.
Pte. R. Lanigan Killed.
Rev. Father O'Sullivan broke the sad news to Mr John Lanigan, Tungamah, that his son, Pte. Richard Lanigan, formerly of the Bank of Australasia, Tungamah, had been killed at the front. He was 26 years of age and was a young man of much promise, good living and unasuming demeanor. Sincere sympathy is exteded to the bereaved father and sister in their sad hour.
