Brother of Wallace Milton Quigg who was killed in action on 2 February 1917 while serving with the 57th Battalion and has no known grave. His name appears on the Villers-Bretonneux Memorial

Commenced return to Australia on 12 May 1918 aboard HT Ruahine disembarking on 5 July 1918
