Chaplain-Captain Rev. Father Laws, who was for a time stationed at Rosalie, Brisbane, with the Rev. Father W. Lee, and afterwards at Maryborough, is the third young Australian priest who has been drawn from the Brisbane archdiocese. Father Laws is of a cheery, frank disposition, and as he is a native of the soil he is sure to be popular with his fellow-countrymen.
He expects to leave for the scene of action in a few days. He was educated at St. Patrick's College, Manly.
