Biography contributed by Melissa Aeren Moore

Rowland Served in both WW1 (4347) and WW2 (NX12068).

Note: Rowland's Name has been spelt wrong on the AIF nominal roll. His first given name is spelt Rowland not Roland, Rowland is the correct spellling on his WW2 records and other legal documents such as BDM certificates. His next of kin listed on WW1 documents is his father Frederick Anthony Bucholtz and his Wife Mary Bucholtz is listed on WW2 documents which are both correct for Rowland Oscar Bucholtz.
