"THE LOCAL LADS IN THE FIRING LINE PTE. E. RADBURN,
Died of wounds, was a resident of Gunyah. He was very popular in that locality, as he was a prominent footballer and always to the fore in assisting at all local functions of a social nature. Widespread sympathy is felt for his father, Cr. Radburn and family." - from the South Gippsland Shire Echo 23 Jul 1915 (nla.gov.au)
