Son of Robert Frederick and Helena Marie Quin of 66 Richmand Parade, Twickenham, England; brother of May Quin.

Foster mother was Doris Matters of Darlinghurst, NSW

28 February  1919 - family wrote to base Records zsking when they would receive his personal effects.

7 March 1919 - Base Records replied that they had not yet received Robert persinnal effects.
