Biography

Reginald Alexander Bean (www.wikitree.com) was born in 1892. He was the son of Alexander Bean (www.wikitree.com) and Annie Rodda (www.wikitree.com). Private Bean enlisted on 22 July 1915 and embarked from Melbourne aboard HMAT Wandilla on 9 November 1915, C Company, 31st Battalion, of Moonee Ponds, Victoria, Australia.

He was killed in action at the Battle of Fromelles (www.awm.gov.au) at Fleurbaix, France.
