Son of Robert and Rhoda Sarah GAMLEN, Justin Street, Cootamundra, New South Wales

IN MEMORY OF THE BELOVED SON OF R. & J. GAMLEN OF BROKEN HILL AGED 24

Mr. R. Gamlen, of the Municipal Council staff, today received word from the Base Records office, Melbourne, to the effect that his son, Lance-Corporal Cyril Gamlen, had been  wounded. Lance-Corporal Gamlen enlisted in Adelaide early in 1915. He was prior to enlisting, employed as a boilermaker in the Union Engineering Company's workshops at Adelaide.

Mr. and Mrs. R. C. Gamlen received word on Saturday that their only son, Bomb. C. N. Gamlen, died of wounds on 28th April last. Mr. Gamlen is the local Health Officer at Cootamundra.
