Add my storyBiography contributed by Nicholas Egan
He was born Joseph Foley not Joseph Vincent Foley but he always used Joseph Vincent Foley. It is believed the "Vincent" may have had something to do with his priesthood days.
His sister and he were gifted to the Catholic Church and both were sent to Australia. His sister stayed with the nuns in Lismore NSW and took the name Sister Vincent as well. Once in Australia he was free and left the priesthood.
