Arthur was born in Victoria 16th September 1891. He Died 13th July 1936 in Queensland. He married Amelia Daisy Harrison on the 25th December 1914 in Queensland.
He is listed with the ANZACS of the area as Amelia's family were one of the Pioneering Families of the area.
