Brother of Daniel William Hussey who returned to Australia on 25 July 1919 having served with the 4th Light Horse Regiment and Rowland Lorne Hussey who returned to Australia on 12 May 1916 having served with the 23 Battalion

Commenced return to Australia on 12 April 1919 aboard HT Suffolk disembarking on 5 June 1916
