Son of Charles Haskew and Minnie P. Haskew of King Street, Narrandera, NSW. Brother of Herbert Selwyn Haskew who was killed in action on 3 May 1817 while serving with the 2nd Divisional Trench Mortar Battery and has no known grave. His name appears on the Villers-Bretonneux Memorial
Commenced returnto Australia on 1 July 1919 aboard HT Karmala disembarking on 17 August 1919 at Melbourne for onwaard travel to Sydney
