Biography

"Private HENRY CHARLES ELLIS RUNDLE, eldest son of Councillor and Mrs. Rundle, of Wild Horse Plains, was killed in action on February 19. He was born at Paskeville on July 17, 1891 and was educated at the Paskeville and Wild Horse Plains Public schools, and the A.S. and B.T. Academy, Adelaide. He was local agent of Messrs. James Bell & Co., and was highly esteemed. He left Outer Harbor with the 12th Reinforcements of the 32nd Battalion, on December 16, 1916, and reached France in July 1917.
