"...2413 Private Richard Francis Kincade, 4th Reinforcements, 39th Battalion, of Ballarat East, Vic... Pte Kincade enlisted on 17 May 1916 and embarked aboard HMAT Port Lincoln in Melbourne on 20 October 1916.
