Son of Richard Hussey and Ruth Hussey nee Martin of Strathmerton, Victoria formerly of Numurhak, Victoria. Brother of James Henry Hussey who returned to Australia on 27 November 1919 having served with the Army Medical Corps

Husband of Irene Hussey of Hoddle Street, East Melbourne, Victoria

Commenced return to Australia on 10 April 1919 aboard HT Medic disembarking on 31 May 1919 as invalid
