"...4041 Private Alfred Osborne, 1st Battalion of Granville, NSW. A driver prior to enlisting, he embarked from Sydney aboard RMS Mooltan on 11 December 1915. He was killed in action in Belgium on 27 September 1916, aged 19. He is buried in the Bedford House Cemetery, Belgium." - SOURCE (www.awm.gov.au)
