Force, was admitted to 16th Canadian General Hospital on 28th September 1917 suffering Pleurisy, transferred to 3rd Auxiliary Hospital Dartfore on 10th October 1917 discharged to Weymouth on 22nd October 1917 returned to Australia per Hospital Transport "Persic" which Melbourne on 12th February 1918 illness being specified as Pleurisy Psoriasis, Varicocele

Father of William, Hilma, Gladys, Douglas Jackson.

In 1936 he lived at 51 Queen St, Regent, Victoria.

Died in 1965, Fawkner Memorial Park wishes to advise that the location of the cremated remains of the late Thomas Samuel Jackson aged 80 are located at Garden Of Remembrance 1 Comp. Roses Bed D Rose 32.
