Biography contributed by Faithe Jones

After three or four years of great suffering, the result of wounds and gas received in the service of his country, Mr. Albert Bertram Cyril Archer passed peacefully away in the Mount Bischoff Provident Hospital on Saturday morning last. Among the mourners were several of the deceased's relatives, also members of Loyal Bischoff Lodge, M.U., I.O.O.F., and of Davies Lodge, No. 25, T.C., of which bodies deceased had been a member for many years.
