Charles was born at Loganlea on the 27th November 1888. His parents were John Morrow Snr and Harriett Ann nee Featherstone. He was 1 of 14 children Number 8 in line.
He is listed on the Logan Village Museum Roll of Honour as both parents were Pioneers of the District.
