Brother of Conan Hyacinth O'Sullivan who returned to Australia on 21 May 1919 having served with the 1st Divisional Train
Commenced return to Australia on 12 March 1918 aboard HT Kenilworth Castle then transhipped to HT Field Marshall at Durban on 28 April 1918 disembarking at Melbourne on 22 May 1918 for onward travel to Adelaide
