Daughter of Charles Edward COOKE and Marion Elizabeth nee PURCHAS
Elsie was on duty with 14th AGH till embarkation and then served on Transport Duty from Egypt/Australia/England on Ships “Argyllshire” “Orsova” and “Ormonde”
She was promoted to Sister 03 April 1917 and returned to Australia 26 July 1919 per “Demosthenes” On Duty, will her appointment Terminated on 18 November 1919. Elsie married Clayton Lewis TIMPERLEY 29 October 1920 at Armadale, Vic.
