The details provided are taken from the book "Stealth Raiders - a few daring men in 1918" written by Lucas Jordan, published 2017, refer to page 267. Prior to the war he was a station hand of Bombala NSW. He enlisted 25th Jan 1916 aged 23 years. He served with the 55th Infantry Battalion. He survived the war, departed the UK for home 15th May 1919.
