Son of James O'Donohue and Elizabeth O'Donohue nee Aspinal of Boundary Street, Kalgoorlie, WA formerly of Harrow, Victoria.
Address given at the time of enlistment was Windsor Coffee Palace, Wellington Street, Perth, WA
Brother of Maurice O'Donohue who was killed in action on 25 April 1915 while serving with the 11th Light Horse Regiment and is buried in Baby 700, ANZAC, Row D, Grave 23 and Patrick O'Donohue MM who returned to Australia on 17 October 1919 having served with the 44th Battalion
Commenced return to Australia on 17 April 1920 aboard HT Bahia Castillia disembarking on 10 June 1920
